Black and White Stripes

We've seen all sorts of school uniformed students here in NZ. But the uniforms here in Christchurch are over the top. We saw young lads walking to Canterbury College ( a high school) wearing black and white striped blazers, black short pants, black and white striped ties and white knee socks. The only thing missing was a straw hat.
