Window screens, iced tea, large, strong cups of coffee, restaurants that open early for breakfast, wide roads, self-service tea or coffee, obnoxious tourists, wash cloths.

very friendly helpful innkeepers and service workers, one lane bridges, constant spectacular scenery ( I've run out of adjectives....)
